We provide a number of services which include:-
Corporate Events
Our Corporate Events provide businesses with an excellent opportunity for ‘team bonding’. They normally take place on Saturday mornings and we will tailor the Event arrangements to suit your needs.
- Once your group have achieved a safe level, participants will be split into groups of 3 or 4 to shoot round our Field Archery course accompanied by our experienced archers.
- Your payment provides temporary membership for the day and covers the use of all equipment, coaching, food and liability insurance.
- 16 – 18 year olds by prior arrangement only and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (please see our Archery Experience package for under 16 year olds)
Rates (& Cancellation Policy)
The Club offers Corporate rates for small groups of 6 to12 participants;
Sessions usually take place on Saturday mornings 10:30am to 2.00pm
Example Cost:
1 x 5 hrs session = £200.00 (for up to 6 persons)
Cancellation Policy
In the event that poor weather or some other unforeseen circumstance forces a postponement we will do our best to agree a new date with you.
Cancellations will only be accepted if we are given 24hrs notice prior to date of booking. due food and drink ordering etc.
Payment & Catering
Due to food etc., being purchased in advance, a deposit of £100.00
will be required at time of booking.
The remainder of the payment can be made electronically directly to the Black Arrows Field Archers bank account (details upon request).
Any Cheque payments should be made payable to ‘Black Arrow Field Archers‘ (funds will need to clear before the date booked) or cash should be paid upon arrival.
Legal Requirements
Names and addresses of all participants are required at least 7 days before the event is due to take place.
*It is a requirement of our insurers that we keep names and addresses of all participants for 3 years. NB. In accordance with UK Data Protection requirements, we keep all personal details data protected.
Archery Experience Packages
Our Archery Experience packages offer a great day out for all members of the family!
- We normally accommodate up to 4 places for each session but if you have a larger group please feel free to email us and we will endeavour to arrange a more tailored personal experience for you and your group. Sessions are normally held on Saturday mornings between 10am and 1pm.
- Each session will begin with an introduction, fitting-out with equipment and an initial period of instruction with an experienced coach at the practice butts.
- You will then shoot around our Field Archery course accompanied by one or more of our experienced archers. During the shoot round you will be able to shoot as many targets as time will allow before stopping for lunch.
Rates (& Cancellation Policy)
Cost per person is:
– £30 for adults
– £25 for under 16.
Bookings can only be made for Saturdays – full details upon request.

Payment methods are ‘cash on arrival‘ or by internet banking to Lloyds Bank (banking information available upon request). Cheque payment will need to clear prior to the event.

Facilities & Dress Code
We shoot in natural woodland, so you will need stout footwear suitable for undulating terrain; trousers or jeans (shorts / skirts are not suitable) and close fitting clothing for the upper body is recommended.
We have parking available, a shelter with seating and chemical toilet facilities.
